Woodlands emerged from a simple observation: growing B2B enterprises need strategic security leadership – but the market offers them either overpriced Big 4 projects, unstructured freelancers or IT providers selling firewalls instead of strategy. Woodlands Advisory GmbH, based in Heidelberg, was founded by an SAP Global Security Advisory Lead; delivery is handled by a curated team of senior practitioners for companies across the DACH region.
We chose a different path: productized services from M&A Cyber Due Diligence and ISO 27001 to NIS2 and vCISO mandates. Fixed prices. Defined scope. Audit-proven systems. No hourly billing, no endless projects.
